About Provelex

Provelex is a website assessment platform published by DevSapience Technology Solutions. It checks the functionality, security, performance, accessibility and mobile behaviour of a website, and reports what it finds in language the person responsible can act on.

Why Provelex exists

Many teams that run a website have nobody whose job is to test it. A professional test report normally means hiring a specialist or writing and maintaining test scripts. Provelex is built for those teams: you give it an address, and it drives a real browser, runs its checks and writes up the results.

It does not replace people. An automated result is a list of things worth investigating, and our Disclaimer says plainly what such a list can and cannot tell you.

Who it is for

Website owners and small businesses

A clearer list of potential issues to discuss with your developer.

Developers and agencies

Additional findings for client projects and maintenance work, in a report you can share.

QA and testing teams

Automated assessment alongside your existing test plans and manual testing.

SaaS and web application businesses

A structured way to review the quality of an application you depend on.

How we try to work

  • Permission first. Anyone running an assessment confirms they are allowed to test the site. Active security testing runs only after that confirmation is on record, and every report states how it was given.
  • The score can be checked. The scoring rules are published and the working is printed in each report, so a number can be reproduced rather than taken on trust.
  • You see the price first. The exact number of credits is shown before a run starts, and a run that fails without producing a report costs nothing.
