Credits & Billing
Credits pay for the AI in an assessment. This page explains how you get them, when they are used and where to find your history and invoices. For what each run costs, see Pricing.
Getting credits
| How | What to know |
|---|---|
| Joining credits | 50 in India and 70 elsewhere, released once your email address is confirmed. Sign-in with Google counts as confirmed. |
| Top-up | Choose an amount on the Credits page, from ₹99 in India or US$9 elsewhere. One credit is ₹1 or US$0.01 before tax. You pay on a page run by Dodo Payments. |
| Voucher | Enter a code on the Credits page. Each voucher can be used once per account, and may have a closing date. |
When credits are used
- Before a run, the run screen shows the exact price for your region and chosen model.
- When you start it, the full price is taken from your balance. If your balance is too low, the run does not start.
- If the run fails without producing a report, the credits come back automatically.
Adding applications, reading reports, exporting PDFs and the free tools never use credits. The Refund Policy covers stopped and failed runs.
Your balance and history
Your balance is on the Credits page and in the sidebar. The same page lists every movement: joining credits, top-ups, vouchers, charges and returned credits. Credits in your balance have no expiry date.
Payment, tax and invoices
- Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, collects any GST or VAT due, and issues your invoice. Your statement may show Dodo Payments rather than Provelex.
- Prices are before tax. Tax is added at checkout and depends on where you are.
- Provelex never sees your card. Card details go directly to Dodo.
- Credits arrive when the payment is confirmed, not when you return to our site. This is usually quick. If you return first, your balance updates shortly afterwards.
Pricing region
Your region comes from the country on your account and sets both your run prices and your top-up currency. Please enter your real country: it is part of our Terms.
Something wrong with a payment?
Write to provelex@devsapience.com with the date, the amount and your invoice if you have it. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, as we can usually sort it out more quickly.
