Money refunds

If you bought credits and want your money back, write to provelex@devsapience.com from the address on your account, with your payment date and the amount. We review each request. Credits you have not used are the usual case for a refund. Credits already spent have paid for model and computing costs, so these are not normally refunded, unless a run went wrong in a way that was not returned automatically.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for purchases, so an approved refund is paid through Dodo to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on Dodo and your bank. The refunded credits are removed from your balance.

If something looks wrong with a payment, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out more quickly.

What cannot be refunded

Joining credits and voucher credits were not bought from us, so they have no money value and cannot be refunded.

Cancellation

Provelex has no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using it at any time and your balance stays on your account. If you would like the account closed, write to us. Please ask about any refund first, because closing an account ends access to its balance.
