Prices are for the default AI model. Choosing a different model changes the price, and the exact figure is shown before you start every run. New accounts receive 50 credits in India and 70 elsewhere once their email address is confirmed, which covers one Advanced assessment on the default model.

How credits are priced

Your region comes from the country on your account. You can choose how much to top up, as long as it is at least the smallest amount. Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, adds any tax due at checkout and issues your invoice.

Why the price can differ between runs

Each run is priced for the work it does and the AI model doing it. The table above uses the default model. If you pick a different model, or more than one so that they check each other, the run screen shows the new price and how it compares with the default, before you press Run. Your balance is charged when the run starts.

Common questions

Do credits expire?

Credits in your balance have no expiry date. A voucher code may have its own closing date.

What if I run out during a run?

You cannot. The full price is taken when the run starts, so a run that has started is already paid for. If your balance is too low, the run does not start.

Can an agency use one account for several sites?

Yes. You can add as many applications as you need, and each run is charged separately. Remember that you need authorisation to test each one.

Can I pay by voucher?

Yes. If you have a voucher code, enter it on the Credits page after signing in. Each voucher can be used once per account.
